⚠️ The trap: the first exit row is the wrong one

Rows 30 and 31 are both exit rows and both look identical on a booking map. They are not. Row 31 carries about 35in of pitch and reclines normally. Row 30 has the extra legroom too, but four of its six seats cannot fully recline, because row 31 behind it is an exit and the path has to stay clear. If the seat map offers you both at the same price, take row 31 every time.

SAS Business — rows 1 to 7

22 lie-flat seats in a staggered 2-2 layout, and the stagger is the whole story. Odd rows (1, 3, 5, 7) seat four: A, C, D and F. Even rows (2, 4, 6) seat only two: A and F. Those six even-row seats are true solo positions — nothing beside you, direct aisle access, and the console giving you extra side space.
