BA operates two distinct batches of A320neo, and the difference is bigger than most passengers realise. Both are configured with 180 seats in a 3-3 layout (with row 1 as 2-2), but the onboard experience diverges significantly.
Batch 1: G-TTNA to G-TTNU (21 aircraft)
The older batch, delivered from 2018 onwards. These feature an inconsistent cabin:
